Judge Robin Pittman, a native New Orleanian, is married to Keith and has two children. Judge Pittman is a graduate of Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, a former prosecutor, Deputy Disciplinary Counsel and Associate with Baldwin, Haspel, Burke & Mayer, LLC. Judge Pittman has been honorably serving the City of New Orleans as Judge for Orleans Parish Criminal District Court, Section F, since January of 2009.

Judge Pittman has earned a reputation of being hard working, fair and efficient. The Metropolitan Crime Commission has consistently commended Judge Pittman for having one of the best overall judicial efficiency rankings in Criminal District Court.
Although Judge Pittman has presided over some of this city’s toughest and high profile criminal cases and has ruled in accordance with the law, she knows that there’s more work that must be done to make New Orleans a safer place to live.

Judge Pittman is once again offering herself to serve as a member of the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeal. On this bench, Judge Pittman will review all civil, juvenile and criminal cases that come before her and continue to render her rulings in accordance with the law. With Judge Pittman’s experience and high-efficiency rankings, she is ready to work harder and continue to be efficient while serving us on the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeal.
